Ms Gillard said of tattooed women: “I worry for them.” “How they’re going to feel about it in the future.”
Many tattoo-enthusiasts would disagree with Gillard’s statement knowing for sure, why they had chosen to have a tattoo in the first place. Ms Gillard, indeed she has “tattooed” a statement so strong in our minds for the lack of understanding of our culture.
In the article, tattooist Hana Tek, 25, defended and said body art was an expression by people who were mostly comfortable with their body image and stable in life.
